What is a Superbill and how do I use it?
A superbill is a highly detailed, professional medical receipt that contains standard healthcare industry identifiers, including ICD-10 diagnostic codes, CPT therapy codes, and clinic national provider identifiers (NPI). If you are out-of-network, you pay our cash-pay price ($197 first visit, $87 subsequent) and we provide this superbill. You simply upload or mail it to your insurance provider (e.g., Aetna, Cigna, United), and they will reimburse you directly according to your policy's out-of-network allowances.
Can I use my HSA or FSA cards?
Yes, absolutely! Chiropractic alignments, consultation fees, and therapeutic spinal treatments are fully approved medical expenses. You can swipe your HSA or FSA debit card directly at our front desk just like a standard credit card, or pay cash-pay and keep our invoice/receipt for your account ledger.
Why can't you calculate my exact in-network copay over the phone before my visit?
Health insurance contract networks are incredibly intricate. Your actual out-of-pocket obligation is determined by your specific employer-sponsored plan. It depends on whether you have met your annual deductible, whether you have a flat copay ($20-$50) or a co-insurance percentage (10%-30%), and if your plan has a yearly chiropractic visit cap. We run a courtesy digital benefits check during your first consultation to detail these numbers for you!
How many sessions are included in your discount packages?
Dr. Sergey creates custom care packages tailored specifically to your physical requirements. Typically, these are grouped into 6-visit, 12-visit, and child/family-centered account ledgers. Since we do not publish pricing to remain compliant with varying medical networks, we invite you to state your interest using our interactive package portal below or ask us in-person!
Is there any hidden cost or administrative fee?
Never. We believe in complete medical pricing honesty. If you pay cash, your first visit is exactly $197 (all-inclusive of consultation, 6-brain zone examination, and initial alignment). Every standard subsequent visit is exactly $87 unless you choose to buy a discounted bundle package. There are no sudden laboratory invoices, billing processing fees, or surprise statement supplements.
