Zone 1 - Glandular System

Zone 1 - Glandular System

Controls the normal function of the glands of the body. Since your body creates more chemicals than a pharmaceutical company, this Zone is your inner pharmacy.

The brain sends signals to all of the glands in the body, releasing essential hormones and chemicals for health and optimal functioning of the body.

Zone 2 - Elimination System

Zone 2 - Elimination System

The Eliminative Zone controls all of the organs of elimination – the sinuses, bronchioles, lungs, kidneys, bladder, colon/intestines, toxins, and bowel movements.

Each cell in your body produces waste material as a natural byproduct of living; however it must have a way of flushing this out. Just like the plumbing system in your house, when it’s “backed up”, it’s a dirty place to live.

It is the same with the body; when you have improper elimination, it prevents the harmful chemicals from flushing out, thus poisoning it from the inside out.

When your eliminative system is functioning properly, you can experience easy breathing via the nose and lungs, healthy kidney function, normalized urination, and regular bowel movements.

Zone 3 - Nervous System

Zone 3 - Nervous System

The Nervous System is divided into two parts: the Cerebro-Spinal System and the Sympathetic Nervous System.

The Cerebro-Spinal System consists of the brain, spinal cord, and all of the peripheral nerves that are responsible for functions like seeing, hearing, feeling, and movement.

The Sympathetic Nervous System consists of a network of nerves that are responsible for your involuntary functions like breathing, digestion, and circulation.

When this Zone is compromised, your nervous system functions weaker. Your sense organs can be impaired, which can cause your vision and hearing to be affected. Impaired nerve flow going to the organs can cause improper digestion and reproductive issues.

Restoration to your Nervous System Zone can lead to better vision and hearing, better digestion, better reproductive function, a more relaxed feeling, and better sleep.

Zone 4 - Digestive System

Zone 4 - Digestive System

This zone is more than just your stomach and intestines. The mouth, esophagus, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas also play a role in making sure our food is able to break down properly.

When your Digestive Zone is under stress, you can experience any combination of the following:

Food allergies, Deficiencies to vitamins, IBS, Poor, memory, Poor concentration, Heartburn/Acid reflux, Bloating and Flatulence, Constipation and/or Diarrhea, Headaches/Migraines, Fatigue

When your Digestive System is functioning optimally, you can expect to digest and assimilate the foods that you eat better, and also to having regular bowel movements.

Zone 5 - Muscular System

Zone 5 - Muscular System

Focuses on the main structures of your body: your muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints, and bones.

People who tend to put lots of physical stress on their bodies can often find imbalances in their Muscular Zone, which can manifest as pain, weakness, and/or muscle tension.

Restoring balance to your Muscle System can bring back normal tone to the muscles while also providing both strength and relaxation to the entire body.

Zone 6 - Circulation System

Zone 6 - Circulation System

This Zone is in charge of the circulatory system (heart, veins, arteries) as well as the lymphatic system, which is a network of vessels, tissues, and organs that are responsible for maintaining fluid balance in the body and removing cellular waste.

When this Zone is compromised, you can experience symptoms such as heart issues, blood pressure irregularities, swelling, or cold extremities.

Restoration of your Circulatory Zone can bring about a normalization of blood pressure, proper temperature of your extremities, and improved circulation throughout your entire body.
